Image Resizer
Resize photos to exact dimensions or a percentage, or pick a social media size and crop to fit. Works on many images at once, right in your browser.
Leave width or height empty to keep the original proportions.
How to resize an image
Add one or more photos, then choose a preset such as Instagram post or YouTube thumbnail, or type your own width and height. Leave one side empty to keep the original proportions. When you set both sides, choose how the photo fits: crop to fill, fit inside, pad with a color, or stretch.
Switch to Percentage to scale everything by the same amount, for example 50% to halve the size. Download each image or all of them as a ZIP.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Fit, Crop and Stretch?
Fit keeps the whole image and scales it to fit inside your size, so one side may be smaller. Crop fills the exact size and trims the edges that don’t fit, keeping the center. Stretch forces the exact size and can distort the image. Pad keeps the whole image and fills the empty space with a color.
Will enlarging a small image make it sharper?
No. Enlarging can’t add detail that isn’t in the original, so big upscales look soft. For best quality, start from the largest version of the photo you have.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Resizing happens on your device with the browser’s canvas, so your photos never leave your computer or phone.
